As you should know, beside teaching people on How To Start Internet Business we are also a practitioner in this field. Not just selling information on how to make money online, but we do sell REAL products for REAL people. So, our times are basically full. Whenever we are not studying, we are here, or if we are not here, we are doing a little bit of research on latest viable trends and products that can be marketed online.

And this weekend, I have the privilege to escape from our “pre-launch” book frenzy and do a little bit reading on a few products that sell well currently in the internet. Maybe, if it’s really do well and sustainable, we are planning to start selling one of those items in a few months time too.

So, let me share, the hottest products in 2005.

1. Apparel
2. Computer & Hardware
3. Consumer Electronics

Well, I could understand why these products sell well, for #2 you can easily identify it with internet users. People who use computers where craze to the latest gadgetries are a norm. A ready & hungry market, well you couldn’t ask for more. (If you can’t relate to this: imagine selling ice-cream in front of a primary school in a hot sunny afternoon (12-1pm schooldays))

But for apparel, I’m sure some of you start wondering. Whoever in their right mind wants to buy clothes online? How they know the size, the style and the fabric used?

Ehem, ehem, ehem… As a practitioner and in fact, we to some extent are also involved in this “apparel” thingy, I can swear to that, yes! There are demands. Actually a lot of demands.

Just search in Ebay.com, and you will understand what I mean. We are not talking about designer items (unless it’s sold at much cheaper prices) or dress or office suits.

What People Sell in Ebay or At Their Own Website Daily

1. Bundle (used) clothes
2. New clothes in bulk (e.g.: Levi’s jean in a lot of 12)
3. Fan Items (cheap shirt with David Beckham caricature) < ----VERY POPULAR
4. Niche clothes (Let your imagination WILD here, really WILD to get what I mean) ;)

My prediction for 2006: Apparels will stay number 1 as there are a few events that I'm sure will boost sales this year.

Ok, I can go on and elaborate more for each point, but I guess better I stop now and let you absorb the info I just share. I will elaborate on each point if there are rquest later. I think that all for now. Just to give you some hint on what are selling well online. Cya next time! :)
