This is an announcement, if your domain ( xyz.com) is on our PURE server, we would like you to know that a server migration is due this weekend. Please do not update your website during that time because most probably it will not be recorded (domain still resolving and all).

The last recommended time for you to update your site will be noon Malaysian time, Friday.

After that, please allow us the whole weekend for maintenance.

Some of you might ask, the server is okay,  why you want to move?

The new server will be equipped with a better hardware and to get a more stable, supportive environment for your account.

What should I do?

Nothing. This is just to notify you what might happen during the weekend so that you can be ready. The downtime will be minimal (less than an hour). But the dizziness of the DNS might take the whole weekend before everything settle down.

If you are not comfortable with moving in and moving out ( I can assure you it give as much headache as moving house), inform us by email at info@ecommercemastery.com with subject line “I AM SENSITIVE TO NEW SERVER). We will mark your account as “FRAGILE” and would try to make the experience as painless as possible.

If your nameserver below says ns1.hostingolympic.com, you are on PURE. If it says others, like ns1.saifulshamhosting.com or ns1.olympicprofessional.com, then this message does not concern you. Life as usual. :)
